Job summary

Bunzl in Morton Grove, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain to drive large cross-functional process improvements and strategic initiatives across the network. You will identify problems, design improvements, and build performance metrics to measure success across multiple warehouses and functions.

The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and comfort with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field (or foreign degree equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or process improvement.
• Experience with MS Project and Smartsheet for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, cross-functional, complex process improvement projects while often concurrently scoping other projects in the pipeline.
• Lead charter development, stakeholder analysis, process design, improvement solutions, testing and implementation plans.
• Work with users to ensure accurate and complete definition of appropriate business requirements.
