ManpowerGroup is partnering with a reputable engineering firm in Plover, WI for a remote, no relocation Senior Structural Engineer, PE position. This direct-hire opportunity offers strong professional development and advancement opportunities.

The company specializes in mechanical and structural engineering for industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include sketches, design and detailing, client communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork, with travel as needed.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering or related field.
PE license in Wisconsin.
Experience in industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of design standards and codes.
Experience using structural software such as Bentley or Revit.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBase.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Self-discipline and initiative.
Ability to travel for client meetings or job sites.

Mansioni

Provide preliminary layouts using hand sketches, Bluebeam software or REVIT CAD software.
Engineering design and detailing using structural software or calculations.
Client communication to verify conditions or requirements, including on-site or office meetings.
Ability to function on multidisciplinary teams as leader or team member.
Review and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules; prepare proposals.
Review project documents for conformity and QA.
Update Project Notes, Tasks and Timecards in QuickBase regularly.
