The role is fully remote across the United States, excluding Hawaii and U.S. territories, with potential annual incentive opportunities and long-term incentives depending on performance.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership: own deliverables, timeline, and success criteria with stakeholders.

• Create executive-level materials and present to senior leaders.
• Develop training and SOPs to enable field execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Strategy team and provide support as needed.
