Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering or related quantitative field is required.
4+ years of experience in analytical and project management roles.
Experience with data-driven strategy, executive presentations, and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Analytics and Solution Development: perform complex root cause analysis and generate clear recommendations.
Communications: develop and deliver executive-focused presentations as needed.
Project leadership: own deliverables, timeline, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Field enablement: create trainings, SOPs, and tracking to support initiative rollout.
Department Support: provide analytical support across strategy initiatives in a fluid environment.
