Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis. You will apply strategic and analytical skills to major challenges, leading a team of analysts and collaborating across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance.

You will develop pricing strategies, drive product analytics, and lead marketing insights to shape new customer experiences and go-to-market concepts. Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, plus people management, is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
At least 1 year of project management experience.
Masters degree preferred in business or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
Own business planning with a 1–6 month horizon.
Lead and develop analysts; coach and mentor associates.
Develop pricing strategies and lead product level analytics.
Lead marketing insights for new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
Drive credit risk improvements by modeling drivers and testing hypotheses.
Coordinate across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver strategy.
Use analytics to inform decisions and drive results.
