GEICO seeks a Sr. Strategist, Engagement Incentives to drive campaigns for its Independent Agent Sales team. You will report to the Director, Agency Sales Engagement Strategy and shape programs to boost product adoption, brand trust and agent preference across the GEICO network.

The role requires collaboration with product, sales and platform leads, plus design of micro-incentives, events and measures to track impact. Remote with travel up to 5% and flexible office options.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications or sales strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Executive communication skills (writing, influencing, presenting) and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of translating sales strategy into results.
• Attention to detail and adaptability amid changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product, sales and platform leadership to define objectives and success measures.
• Design and deploy engagement campaigns and incentive programs that drive adoption and trust.
• Plan and deploy off-the-shelf agent challenges to influence agent behavior.
• Coordinate GEICO IA surprise and delight campaigns and supporting efforts.
• Create an agent superlatives program to recognize top performers.
• Develop daily engagement content and perks for agents.
• Experiment with events to boost registration and attendance.
• Present as SME for live and on-demand events.
• Monitor opportunities to improve program experience.
