Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Strategist to work remotely, driving initiatives to align the National Security workforce and the practices they use. You will support DHS leadership with strategic planning and guide expectations across contracts, while also enhancing ECS internal strategies and staffing alignment.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, coaching teams, and thought leadership to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture that delivers value to federal customers and the ECS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience developing organizational strategy.
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DHS preferred).
• Must be a US citizen or eligible for Public Trust.

Responsabilités

• Work independently with little supervision while meeting established goals and be a team player.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills including public speaking.
• Lead and support change agents with complex delivery challenges.
• Exhibit excellent facilitation skills.
• Apply coaching stances (advising, teaching, mentoring, role modeling).
• Apply Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS) and lead coaching circles.
• Drive a team of coaches in larger engagements.
• Demonstrate strong consulting management skills.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and C-level executives.
• Practice active listening and customer-focused relationship building.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and partnerships.
• Employ organizational development and change models and collaboration frameworks.
