Cognizant is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category development, supplier engagement, and sourcing execution. You will collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional stakeholders to select suppliers, plan RFx events, and manage supplier performance across the sourcing lifecycle.

The role emphasizes cost savings, risk reduction, and data-driven reporting, with emphasis on leveraging eSourcing tools and analytics to drive results for multiple business units.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing including at least 6 years in sourcing software and complex technology services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-powered procurement tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement category management plans and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and performance targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute supplier initiatives that create value and reduce risk.
• Develop analytical reports on savings, metrics and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Provide visibility into supplier spend and performance.
• Support RFx efforts by guiding project teams through supplier selection.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Third-Party Governance to secure favorable terms.
