Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
4–6 years job experience in sourcing/procurement.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong business/financial acumen and supply chain knowledge.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate favorable terms.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ESG standards.

Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies for Raw Materials and PFR while aligning with business objectives.
Conduct RFPs, should-cost analyses, and market benchmarking to secure pricing and terms.
Manage supplier performance, monitor contracts, and renegotiate terms.
Build and maintain supplier relationships; implement SRM strategies for performance.
Ensure pricing and commercial conditions are accurately updated in SAP; comply with agreements.
Report portfolio performance and cost savings to support data-driven decisions.
