Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic CPS software engineering programs and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires coordinating across product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to deliver on critical roadmaps.

The position is remote with a 70-mile radius constraint around Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO, and will involve onsite interviews or onboarding where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of program and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex programs or projects with multiple teams and dependencies.
• Experience managing governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies in hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic software engineering programs comprising interrelated projects for CPS products and payments.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and executives to align on roadmap commitments.
• Provide end-to-end program leadership including planning, governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Drive transparency and accountability across cross-functional initiatives through dependency tracking and decision management.
• Ensure delivery excellence per CPMO standards, SDLC processes, governance, and audit-ready documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern delivery practices, including AI-enabled capabilities.
