enGen is seeking a senior storage engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable technical IT storage solutions across a broad ecosystem. You’ll work with IT, analytics, and business teams to ensure reliable performance, disaster recovery readiness, and efficient storage operations.

Ideal candidates bring deep NetApp and storage technologies experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive ownership mindset. This is a remote-based role with enterprise-scale responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions and providing production support.
• 5 years of technical problem solving and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate storage solutions.
• Provide production monitoring and storage capacity management.
• Assist in data backup and recovery planning and testing including DR and cyber recovery.
• Collaborate on storage architectures aligning to enterprise goals.
• Gather requirements across IT, product, analytics and business teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report issues.
• Document processes and participate in knowledge sharing.
