Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting technical IT storage solutions.
• 5 years of technical problem solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate IT storage solutions.
• Provide production monitoring and capacity management for storage.
• Assist in data backup, recovery, DR and cyber recovery testing.
• Collaborate on storage architectures aligned to enterprise goals.
• Gather requirements across IT, product, analytics and business teams.
• Document processes and participate in technical reviews.
• Mentor associates as needed.
