Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a leader in statistical genetics to drive population-scale analyses that inform new business opportunities and internal development programs. You will work with diverse data sources, including UK Biobank and All of Us, applying methods from statistics, ML, and simulations to generate actionable insights.

You will also build computational tools and pipelines to ensure reproducible analyses.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistical Genetics, Human Genetics, Computational Biology, or related disciplines with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with UK Biobank and All of Us data and their data architectures.
• Extensive experience in QC, analysis, and interpretation of human genetics data (single-variant and gene-based tests).
• Proficiency in Python and integrating AI-powered tools (Claude, Codex) into analytic workflows with validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret analyses of diverse quantitative and binary traits in large cohorts to support internal programs and diligence of new opportunities.
• Integrate human genetics with EHR data for target identification and biomarker discovery to inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with biology, clinical, and business development teams to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Communicate results through internal reports, presentations, and external publications.
