Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive government affairs and policy experience across multiple states.
• Strong understanding of state legislative and regulatory processes.
• Proven bipartisan relationship-building with government officials.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strategic execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead legislative and political engagement for assigned states in the Southeast.
• Develop state-specific engagement plans with stakeholders and milestones.
• Monitor and interpret state legislative/regulatory developments related to data centers, AI infrastructure, energy policy, and economic development.
• Build relationships with lawmakers, staff and stakeholders.
• Conduct policy research and coalition/advocacy opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Represent CoreWeave at hearings, industry events, stakeholder meetings.
