Ladders is seeking a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer, Federal, to join a leader in Healthcare. This remote role focuses on building and operating secure partner environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, with emphasis on automation, observability, and troubleshooting in a regulated setting.

You will work with cross-functional teams to package releases, validate infrastructure, and improve the delivery pipeline, shaping operational excellence in mission-critical healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of experience in software, platform, infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and production cluster operations.
• Strong experience with Helm and IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and GCP including compute, networking, storage.
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and service-to-service security.
• Experience operating CI/CD or GitOps systems in production.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate partner environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Package and validate services using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Create reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or similar tools.
• Prepare and validate networking, IAM, and storage configurations for deployments.
• Own technical triage and troubleshooting for deployment and production issues.
• Deliver tested releases and upgrades with automated validation gates.
• Operate metrics, logs, and alerts for partner environments.
