• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience in a large organization
• Proven track record leading critical projects across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction and long-term roadmap for Cards
• Lead from the front in using AI to drive faster, better outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to implement technical excellence
• Champion ownership culture with high accountability for scale and efficiency
• Architect decisions on platform, tools, and technologies to ensure reliability
• Mentor and grow engineers toward Staff level
