Job summary

eXp World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to support the UK month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and VAT compliance. The role involves managing AP/AR for the UK, data processing and financial statement preparation with audit support.

Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required. UK GAAP knowledge and experience with VAT are essential; US GAAP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 5+ years combined accounting experience and GL close.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong UK GAAP (FRS 102) and UK VAT knowledge; US GAAP a plus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to handle data.
• Hybrid/remote work flexibility and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close for the UK including journal entries, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Process UK accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier/agent payments and invoicing.
• Manage day-to-day accounting data processing and records maintenance.
• Assist with VAT returns and liaise with external advisers for tax compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and support audit documentation; be a point of contact for auditors.
