BairesDev is seeking an SQL Engineer to join our Internal Engineering team and advance our lead generation platform. You will develop, review and optimize complex SQL scripts, and work on large-scale databases to improve performance and data quality.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of MS SQL development experience.
- Proficient at analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Experience with extremely large databases.
- Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and improve complex SQL scripts.
- Fix database performance issues and ensure best practices.
- Diagnose complex database setups, and communicate resolutions.
- Monitor database health.
- Identify process improvements, develop solutions, and coordinate with key team members.
- Identify and triage system issues and work with the development team to drive resolution.
- Facilitate training for the development team.
