Job summary
RemoteLeads is seeking a seasoned data engineer to lead the development of data solutions, pipelines, and API-driven components. The role is fully remote, aligned to EST/CST hours, and emphasizes large-scale data processing for enterprise systems.
You will design and implement Azure Data Factory pipelines, develop database-hosted APIs, and drive ETL excellence. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement with a compensation model including $55-60/hour during the contract and a $115,000 salary
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL development with stored procedures and large-scale batch processing.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise data platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Experience creating and deploying database-hosted APIs.
- Strong data analysis, transformation, and ETL expertise.
- Experience across broader cloud data ecosystems is a plus.
- Exposure to advanced data modeling or automation tooling preferred.
- Familiarity with modern data integration patterns is a bonus.
- Ability to work 100% remote during EST or CST hours.
- Available for a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement.
