Job summary

exeinspa is seeking a fully remote Chief Technologist to lead technical engagements for embedded security solutions in the USA. You will drive design discussions, map portfolio capabilities to customer needs, and guide integration efforts across pre-sales to post-deployment stages.

You will coordinate with sales and R&D, manage risk, and advocate for feature enhancements based on customer feedback while supporting long-term customer success in security-centric markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux/Yocto, ESP32, Zephyr and embedded build systems.
• Customer-facing technical experience (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management).
• Ability to read customer requirements, understand deployment environments, and design integrations.
• Fluent English with strong communication to liaise between customers and engineering teams.
• Experience developing custom integration software for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the chief technologist and trusted advisor for customer accounts, guiding technical teams through solution design and integration.
• Lead technical discussions and demonstrations, mapping the security portfolio to customer requirements.
• Engage customers to understand requirements, deployment environments, and integration constraints.
• Deliver software products per customer specifications and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales account manager and R&D team to ensure smooth communication, integration, and feature planning.
• Identify and mitigate technical sales risks while documenting new feature needs based on customer feedback.
