Job summary

AltexSoft, a consulting company, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Architecture Competence Center and drive AI-agent-driven development across presales and delivery. You will shape delivery pipelines, team structures, and estimation models for agent-based workloads.

The role requires 8+ years in software architecture, hands-on experience with agentic workflows, and strong English. Remote work options are available and AWS/Azure/GCP familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in software architecture roles.
• 3+ years in architecture/presales.
• Experience designing agentic development workflows.
• Ability to re-architect SDLC for agentic delivery.
• Experience estimating AI-agent-driven projects.
• Expertise in Python, Java, .NET or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of REST/gRPC API design.
• Led presales and discovery phases.
• Proficient English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Mentoring developers and leading architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Participate in presales and discovery to define technical solutions.
• Design development processes around AI agents.
• Choose tech stacks and agentic tooling based on project needs.
• Architect scalable, maintainable system solutions (Travel Tech focus).
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and stakeholders to align scope, timeline, cost.
• Communicate clearly about agentic delivery impacts on estimates and process.
• Define non-functional requirements for agent-assisted development.
• Guide delivery teams through agentic workflows and tooling.
• Evaluate emerging agentic methodologies and fold into practices.
