Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to join a remote-first engineering team building secure blockchain infrastructure for tokenized assets and onchain capital markets.

You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade smart contracts, with ownership over architecture and security practices. Expect collaboration with leadership, performance optimization, and exploration of new blockchain tech and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years deploying Solidity contracts to production.
• Strong understanding of storage, gas, ABI encoding, and contract sizing trade-offs.
• Hands-on with proxy patterns, upgradeability, access controls, and security defenses.
• Experience with Foundry or Hardhat and systematic testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, audit and deploy Solidity contracts on EVM-compatible networks.
• Architect reusable contract systems with clear interfaces and upgrade paths.
• Own major engineering initiatives around token sales and new financial products.
• Prioritize security with adversarial reviews, audits, fuzzing, and testnet rehearsals.
• Maintain gas efficiency while ensuring reliability and production readiness.
• Collaborate across a distributed team and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.
• Explore Rust, Solana, and other ecosystems aligned with business needs.
