Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our remote US team. You will design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests for Java/SQL/JSON-based applications, and mentor the quality engineering group in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and data integrity, analyze large healthcare data sets, and drive testing innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in software.
• Or a high school diploma with 9+ years in software.
• Five years of experience creating software quality tests.
• Experience testing Java, SQL, and JSON apps.
• Three years in test automation.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and lead testing efforts.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets and define test datasets.
• Develop and run manual and automated test cases.
• Report defects and track quality improvements.
• Lead and mentor the quality engineering team.
• Collaborate in Scrum planning and testing strategy.
