Job summary

Mozilla is seeking a capable engineer to enhance Firefox development workflows, enabling faster testing and better automation. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team, mentor peers, and contribute to code reviews and technical direction.

You will also analyze data to build dashboards and identify workflow trends. Qualifications include strong Python skills, JS front-end experience, familiarity with Python frameworks and CI/CD, and a solid SQL background.

Qualifications

• Proven Python skills and building services.
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Cloud Services and REST.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and test harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Improve Firefox development workflows to reduce test failures and enable more automation.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed development teams.
• Mentor team members and receive mentoring from seniors.
• Provide code reviews and technical direction across teams.
