Job summary

EnovaPremier LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a remote role with up to 25% travel. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in technical support, 3–5 years in software development (Python), 3–5 years in project management, and 3–5 years in T-SQL development.

Preferred MSSQL, OPC Server experience, and strong collaborative skills. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and offers opportunities to lead IT initiatives across manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical major or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in technical support, implementation and development.
• 3-5 years in software development, preferably Python.
• 3-5 years in project management.
• 3-5 years in T-SQL development (SQL queries, stored procedures).
• Preferred MSSQL DB administration experience.
• Experience with OPC Servers for equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead major software IT initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Design scalable data models to support multi-facility interoperability.
• Integrate disparate systems via APIs, SAML, LDAP, etc.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
