EnovaPremier LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our IT Production team. This remote role requires up to 25% travel and living in MI, IN, KY, or AL; you will lead critical software initiatives across facilities and work with plant teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will apply expertise in Python, SQL Server, OPC, and ERP integrations, mentor engineers, participate in Agile processes, and design data models to support reliability and interoperability across multiple sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical major or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years high level technical support, implementation and development experience, preferably in automotive/industrial setting.
• 3-5 years experience in software development, preferably with Python.
• 3-5 years experience in project management.
• 3-5 years experience in T-SQL development (SQL queries, stored procedures, views).
• Preferred: MSSQL Databases maintenance & administration.
• Preferred: OPC Server integration experience.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Write clean, well-documented code and optimize application performance.
• Design scalable data models for multi-facility interoperability.
• Collaborate with plant teams to meet customer and internal needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in agile sprint planning.
• Communicate tech concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Support IT software systems interfacing with physical processes.
