Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software development experience with Python and/or Java in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed applications and microservices.
• Proven experience in Telecom Networks and Services environments.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and system architecture.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and services using Python and/or Java.
• Design and implement new features, APIs, and integrations across the application stack based on business and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through code enhancements and refactoring initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and engineering practices.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and mentoring of junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, network, and production issues.
