Job summary

EverHealth, part of EverCommerce's healthcare platform family, is seeking a Software Engineer for a fully remote US-based role. You will contribute to the DrChrono EHR platform with backend Python/Django, frontend HTML/CSS/JS, and React/TypeScript, delivering scalable software used by thousands of physicians.

You’ll participate in the full development lifecycle, write automated tests, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates on an agile team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years backend Python/Django.
• 3+ years frontend with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of Test Automation and mocking.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
• Demonstrated Git proficiency and code reviews.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and deploy software 70%.
• Mentoring/Pairing/Code reviews 20%.
• Requirement estimation & software spikes 5%.
