Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and lifecycle
• Strong AWS cloud experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Edifecs components and integrations
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
• Experience with API integrations and gateway services
• Experience with root-cause analysis of transaction failures
• Experience with JVM tuning and performance optimization
• Understanding of EC2 sizing, OS tuning, TLS certificate management
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
• Knowledge of compliance and governance
• Infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform
• Ability to communicate technical architecture decisions to non-tech
• Experience translating business reporting into data models
• Ability to drive architecture decisions with limited direction
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA
• Strong documentation habits and migration runbooks
• Collaborative with development, operations, and security teams

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Edifecs platform and EDI processing
• Configure XEServer, XEngine, TPM, and related modules
• Build and tune Edifecs rules, routing, and batch workflows
• Troubleshoot mappings, validation, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage JVM tuning, logging, and certificate configurations
• Support deployments, environments, patches, and upgrades
• Collaborate with EDI Analysts, DevSecOps, Cloud, and business teams
