Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design and deliver full-stack healthcare technology solutions remotely. You will work across the React front-end and C#/.NET back-end, applying AI-assisted engineering and secure DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to ensure production-ready software, robust testing, and scalable architectures in a remote, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of object-oriented software development and maintenance using C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices including LLM-based tooling and automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, namely Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating multiple data sources.
• Experience writing automated unit, system, and regression tests using NUnit.
• Strong DevSecOps principles with security embedded in code, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Understanding of Release Management principles in structured environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop across front ends and back-end services to meet prioritized business use cases.
• Rewrite legacy applications using Microsoft tech stack.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to raise velocity and quality.
• Ensure code is clean, maintainable, and well-documented.
• Develop patterns and standards and participate in refactoring.
• Ensure comprehensive automated tests and test plans.
• Perform peer reviews and maintain deployment readiness.
• Adhere to Agile DevOps practices and PCI/HIPAA security requirements.
