Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to deliver hands-on full-stack development for healthcare platforms.

You will build React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services, apply AI-assisted tooling, and work within Agile DevOps practices to ensure quality and security. Qualified candidates have 10+ years in OO development, strong Azure experience, and a track record with REST APIs, NUnit tests, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services and REST APIs.
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering tools and practices including LLM-based tooling.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, namely Cosmos DB.
• Experience writing automated tests with NUnit.
• Strong DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of Release Management in structured environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop across the full stack: React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services.
• Rewrite and re-engineer legacy applications using Microsoft tech stack.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to improve velocity and quality.
• Write clean, maintainable code with solid design patterns and documentation.
• Develop patterns and standards and participate in refactoring or new tech efforts.
• Ensure automated tests and QA coverage prior to launch.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure production readiness.
• Adhere to Agile DevOps processes and security requirements.
