Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a remote, permanent team. You will own full-stack development: React front ends with C#/.NET back-end services, and you will re-engineer legacy Microsoft-based apps while applying AI-assisted tooling to enhance velocity and quality.

Responsibilities include implementing secure, testable code, contributing to design patterns, and ensuring release readiness in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of object-oriented software development with C# and .NET.
• Full-stack experience with React front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and REST APIs.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted engineering tools and workflow automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, namely Azure Cosmos DB.
• Strong DevSecOps practices with secure coding, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fast-paced team env.

Responsibilities

• Develop React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services end-to-end.
• Rewrite legacy apps with Microsoft stack; deploy and maintain components.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering, LLM tooling, and automation to boost velocity.
• Write clean, testable code with NUnit and automated tests.
• Follow Agile DevOps practices across design, build, test, and release.
• Ensure security and data integrity per PCI/HIPAA goals.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers in discovery and usability sessions.
• Produce documentation of current state and changes; maintain privacy.
