Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to drive architectural depth and delivery excellence in a largely legacy environment actively modernizing. This remote role centers on technical leadership, guiding teams, and delivering high‑quality software across .NET, SQL Server, and front‑end stacks.

You will work closely with Product, QA, and Design to unblock delivery, while shaping standards for CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications (C#, .NET Framework & .NET Core)
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases
• Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, or regulated industries

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design discussions across multiple apps and services
• Provide hands-on guidance across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks
• Contribute high-quality code in .NET/C# and VB.NET where needed
• Drive DevOps pipelines and CI/CD maturity
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices
