Job summary

RDA is seeking a hands-on Software Architect to define the technical vision for complex AI and MarTech engagements. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and guide delivery from discovery through implementation.

This client-facing role focuses on production agentic AI solutions, governance, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls. You will lead teams, mentor engineers, and contribute reusable patterns while remaining hands-on with Claude Code and modern AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with architecture experience
• Hands-on in production agentic AI solutions with real data
• Experience with Claude Code and integrating LLM APIs
• Depth in .NET/C# or React/Next.js with cloud-native skills
• Knowledge of AI governance, observability, and security for production AI
• Consulting with enterprise clients and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and define end-to-end architectures for custom application, AI, and MarTech engagements.
• Architect and deliver production agentic AI solutions with tool use, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Utilize Claude Code and other AI tools to build, test, and accelerate solutions while upholding security standards.
• Assess AI opportunities during architecture, guiding build, integrate, and orchestration decisions.
• Establish AI governance, observability, access controls, data protection, and safeguards against risks.
• Design cloud-native, distributed apps using .NET/C#, React/Next.js, Azure, APIs, microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with clients and pursuit teams to shape solutions, develop estimates, and contribute to proposals.
• Mentor engineers, promote architectural thinking, and create reusable AI accelerators and integration patterns.
