• Experience managing a network of multiple social accounts, not a single brand.
• Track record of finding and managing content creators for monetization.
• Real content chops; able to produce if needed.
• Numbers: demonstrated growth metrics and impact.
• Sports/NIL fluency is a big plus, college sports culture familiarity.
