The Sociable Society is seeking an experienced Creator Manager with NIL expertise to lead a roster of collegiate athletes and sports creators. You will maximize endorsements, navigate partnerships, and guide athletes toward long-term careers beyond college athletics.

Ideal candidates understand the NIL landscape, have relationships with brands, universities, and athlete reps, and can drive revenue while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL.
• Strong understanding of the NIL ecosystem and college athletics.
• Proven success negotiating sponsorship and endorsement partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of NIL athletes and emerging sports creators.
• Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships.
• Educate athletes on brand building, social media strategy, reputation management, and long-term career planning.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs to ensure NIL regulations and contractual compliance.
• Consistently achieve revenue goals and roster growth targets.
• Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations.
• Stay informed on evolving NIL legislation and best practices.
