Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in data engineering or HS diploma with 8+ years in data engineering/data technologies
• Experience designing and governing Snowflake-based data warehouses and pipelines
• Familiarity with data security, RBAC/ABAC, and cloud platform integrations (AWS, DBT, BI tools)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures aligned with business objectives
• Enforce data governance, security, masking, and RBAC/ABAC policies
• Build Snowflake objects (databases, tables, streams, tasks, warehouses) and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and implement robust solutions
• Lead code deployment and release management across environments
• Mentor junior data engineers and share best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data literacy and adoption
