Job summary

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, invites a Senior Site Selection Specialist to build relationships with investigators and networks in the US for feasibility studies and potential participation.

You will lead single-country studies, mentor junior team members, and ensure data quality across ICON systems while coordinating with country managers and cross-functional teams. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-6 years of experience in a Clinical Research environment.
• Proficient computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Selection Lead on single-country or small regional studies.
• Mentor junior Site Selection Specialists.
• Work with the Site Selection Lead to ensure knowledge of goals, scope and requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify study investigators/sites for potential study participation from databases or other sources.
• Contact investigators/sites in assigned areas for feasibility and participation.
• Coordinate with country managers to gather country-specific evidence for Site Selection.
