Job summary

Indero, a dermatology-focused CRO, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead site activation activities across trials. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and CRA teams to ensure timelines, quality, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in clinical research.
• Proven Site Start-Up experience in a global/multi-regional environment.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Excellent command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Investigator Sites for clinical trials by reviewing essential documents.
• Establish site activation timelines and coordinate activities to meet targets.
• Communicate with clinical sites during site start-up.
• Maintain eTMF and ensure regulatory documents are complete and high quality.
• Assist with ethics submissions and assembling study files.
• Mentor junior Project Coordinators as needed.
