CRI Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Business Analyst to support implementation and enhancement efforts across the ServiceNow platform. This remote, U.S.-based role is a full-time 9-month contract with potential extension. Citizenship: U.S.

Citizenship Required. Salary range: $105,000-$125,000. The candidate will guide teams in identifying business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives, while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow BA experience across multiple modules.
• 4+ years in business analysis and 2+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong Agile user-story writing and Scrum team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and promote continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to enhance client capabilities.
• Identify process improvements and drive implementation.
• Translate requirements into design models for build and support.
• Coordinate with developers and client teams for testing.
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Support troubleshooting and platform optimization.
