Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proven experience driving measurable SEO growth across multiple projects or industries.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and semantic optimization.
• Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and AI-assisted search optimization.
• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, summarize, and surface content.
• Experience using AI tools and automation workflows within SEO operations.
• Familiarity with automation platforms for SEO workflows is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct SEO audits, define KPIs, and deliver measurable growth in traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews (AIO), GEO trends, and AI-driven ranking systems.
• Translate technical and analytical findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Research, prepare, and present SEO growth plans, performance reports, and strategic opportunities.
• Support visibility growth across traditional SERPs and AI-powered search environments.
