Job summary

Easy Dynamics Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Zscaler Security Engineer to lead a high-impact Digital Transformation and Zero Trust program. This hands-on role focuses on operating, securing, and expanding an enterprise Zscaler environment across ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Zidentity, and related capabilities.

You will work with federal stakeholders and security teams to optimize policies, implement changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with DHS baselines and Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity, network-security, or Zero Trust engineering experience in regulated environments.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler capabilities (ZIA/ZPA).
• Experience with REST APIs and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Zero Trust implementation for Zscaler and integration with enterprise network, identity, device, and data controls.
• Configure and integrate ZPA, ZIA, Client Connector, Cloud Firewall, Branch Connector, and related network-security controls.
• Conduct risk assessments; identify vulnerabilities; develop mitigation strategies in line with Zero Trust principles.
• Review architectures and change requests for alignment with federal requirements and enterprise security baselines.
• Administer and optimize ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Zidentity, and related Zscaler services; document deviations and remediation.
• Design and implement Zscaler policies for web access, application access, SSL inspection, and user/device controls.
• Analyze rule order and policy dependencies; safely integrate new requirements into production configurations.
• Develop phased implementation, testing, rollback, and validation plans for Zscaler changes.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler service issues including Client Connector and certificates; align with Zero Trust maturity models.
• Integrate Zscaler with endpoint security, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, ITSM tools, and cloud storage platforms.
• Provide security strategy, governance, risk management plans; mentor technical teams on Zscaler and security solutions.
