The position emphasizes developing automation for exploit analysis, producing detailed reports, and collaborating with the Intelligence team to inform mitigation strategies. Remote work with travel possible.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in exploitation techniques commonly seen in userspace and kernel exploits.
• Knowledge of common network service exploitation techniques.
• Solid understanding of Windows and other OS platforms.
• Familiarity with web-based exploitation vectors.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Deep knowledge of reverse engineering tools and processes.
• Proficient in Python and scripting languages.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate vulnerability research and validation.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracking systems for adversary tracking based on observed exploitation behavior.
• Enhance detection capabilities for exploits, payloads, and attack vectors.
• Identify new data sources to increase threat visibility and coverage.
• Reverse engineer to understand exploit internals and behaviors.
• Create automation tools to ease exploit analysis tasks.
• Develop classification frameworks for intrusion attribution.
• Contribute to active mitigation with technical expertise.
• Develop host-based and network-based signatures for large-scale hunting and prevention.
• Produce high-quality threat intelligence reports with actionable guidance.
