Responsibilities include leading assessments per NIST 800-53 Rev 5, coordinating testing with stakeholders, and delivering actionable recommendations to bolster security posture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading security controls assessments.
• Experience supporting the federal government.
• Proficient understanding of NIST RMF and 800-53 Rev 5.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform security controls assessments in line with NIST 800-53 Rev 5.
• Ensure understanding and application of ATO documentation requirements.
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders and team lead.
• Develop a security assessment plan with stakeholder input.
• Conduct and lead assessment interviews and tests, manage evidence.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
