Job summary

As a Senior Security and Compliance Specialist, you will support security, risk management, and regulatory compliance across complex federal programs, collaborating with technical teams and government stakeholders.

You will drive security strategy, maintain PMCs, and support ATO preparations while aligning with RMF, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-53 to improve program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ years in security/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Certifications: Security+, plus CISSP or CISM.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Develop and implement security and compliance strategies.
• Support ATO preparation and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain documentation and artifacts in GRC tools.
• Mentor colleagues and support recruiting activities.
