You'll mentor squads on testing practices, define test strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels, and drive quality metrics. We encourage using AI to accelerate test development and improve feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a software engineer or SDET.
• Java-based testing stack: Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, RestAssured.
• Strong test architecture expertise: unit, integration, contract, end-to-end.
• CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Familiar with Java/Spring, Angular/Flutter, AWS, databases.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers on quality and testing practices.
• Define test strategy for your squad (unit, integration, contract, e2e).
• Write production-grade automation and testing tools.
• Instrument and track quality metrics to guide improvements.
• Leverage AI to generate tests and accelerate feedback.
• Shift quality left by coaching design for testability.
