Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a dynamic Sr. Scrum Master to support the AOUSC CMSO modernization, applying SAFe and agile practices across a large, critical case management system used by courts and external stakeholders.

You will guide cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, manage risks, and ensure effective communication with Product Owners and senior management while fostering a high-performing, self-organizing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least five years in an Agile development environment.
• Experience implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• CSM or PMI-ACP certification required.
• PMP certification is mandatory to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and plans that meet Program Increment objectives.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Interact with Product Owners and stakeholders to align release plans.
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and maintain visibility in JIRA and dashboards.
• Mentor team members on Agile values, principles, and processes and drive self-management.
