Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Governance or related field.
• Experience with SAP Metadata Management, data lineage, and governance processes.
• Strong collaboration with SAP teams, data architects, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data quality management, stewardship, and governance controls.
• Experience with data warehousing, data integration, and analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise data governance frameworks and standards.
• Lead SAP metadata management initiatives ensuring metadata accuracy and lineage.
• Manage glossaries, data dictionaries, repositories, and governance docs.
• Establish data stewardship models across business and tech teams.
• Define and monitor CDEs, data quality rules, and governance controls.
• Conduct data profiling, governance assessments, and quality audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align governance with business goals.
• Support SAP data models, MDG, master data, and mappings.
• Promote data quality, integrity, and compliance enterprise-wide.
• Develop governance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
• Identify governance risks and drive remediation efforts.
• Partner with analytics and data management teams to ensure trusted data.
