Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager for the Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The role leads the Puerto Rico Nearshore Center for ATS, driving platform services, application security, and enterprise integration with a remote-first model.

You will champion modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, automation, and secure development across on‑shore, near‑shore, and offshore hubs while ensuring compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or math or equivalent experience plus 7–10 years in leadership technology delivery.
• Experience with SAP and leading nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Experience recruiting and developing technical talent and managing enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Puerto Rico Nearshore Center for ATS, ensuring delivery aligned to SLAs, KPIs and service catalog.
• Build, hire, train, coach, and retain technical talent across multiple domains.
• Drive modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, automation, and secure-by-design principles.
