Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in STLC/SDLC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud expertise.
• Experience testing APIs and troubleshooting integration workflows.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD, Copado CRT experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce features across multiple orgs including Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Experience Cloud and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and execute manual and automated test cases to identify and resolve defects.
• Maintain and enhance automation assets; support automated testing within release pipelines.
• Document processes and report QA activities, test execution status, defect tracking, and automation progress.
